HR Tech Fest Awards 2023: Celebrating Asia’s best HR leaders and teams

22 finalists will compete in eight categories at HR Tech Fest Awards 2023, which will be taking place on May 10 as part of HR Tech Festival Asia 2023.

The HR Tech Fest Awards 2023 is set to celebrate and recognise the exceptional achievements of top HR leaders, organisations, and teams from various sectors in the Asia region. The awards will take place on 10 May 2023, at Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre, where finalists will compete for top honours in eight categories.

The HR Tech Fest Awards 2023 has attracted 22 finalists, who will compete in categories such as Employer of Choice, HR Team of the Year, Best HR Leader, Best Workplace Culture & Engagement (above 500 employees) and Best Workplace Culture & Engagement (below 500 employees), Best Use of Technology, Best C-Suite Leader, and the newly added category, Best ASEAN Human Development.

The Best ASEAN Human Development award is presented in partnership with the ASEAN Human Development Organisations (AHDO) to recognise organisations that embrace fair and inclusive development of employees and stakeholders in at least two ASEAN countries. The finalists for this category include:

  • PT Kilang Pertamina International

The categories in the HR Tech Fest Awards 2023 are well-crafted to cover various aspects of HR practices. Specifically, the Employer of Choice category, sponsored by CIPD, recognises organisations that provide an exceptional working environment, while the HR Team of the Year category acknowledges teams that have excelled in delivering HR services. The Best HR Leader category, sponsored by IBM, honours individuals who have demonstrated excellent leadership qualities, while the Best Workplace Culture & Engagement categories recognises organisations that have fostered a positive and productive work culture.

The Best Use of Technology category, sponsored by Androgogic, acknowledges organisations that have used technology to enhance HR processes, while the Best C-Suite Leader category recognises individuals who have demonstrated outstanding leadership at executive level.
